The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to preserve the rights of all students attending Oregon City School District schools. These rights are insured only when students assume basic responsibilities. Carrying out these responsibilities is expected of every student for promoting a positive, caring atmosphere.  Our priority is to establish an environment which all students feel like they belong and fosters their learning and growth. 

We expect our students to abide by this code of conduct at all times. Regardless of their location - the classrooms, halls, cafeteria, a field trip, coming to or leaving school, on the bus, or in the community, a student should be guided by these principles of mutual respect and responsibility. Recognizing the many students who make great behavioral choices and supporting students to improve their behavior when poor choices are made is what school is all about!
